If you wish to delete your account from 1charging, please follow the instructions below. Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your data, including charging history and saved payment methods, will be permanently removed. Please note that any wallet balance will be refunded with a fee deduction.

Step-by-Step Guide to Delete Your Account

1. Send an Email Request
   • Compose an email to our support team at support@1charging.com.
   • In the email, include the following details:
     • Your registered email address.
     • Your phone number associated with the account.
2. Verification Process
   • Our support team will manually verify your request.
   • You may receive a call or email from one of our executives to confirm your identity and the deletion request.
3. Refund of Wallet Balance
   • Any remaining wallet balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting the applicable fee.
   • The details of the fee deduction will be provided during the verification process.
4. Confirmation of Account Deletion
   • Once your identity is verified and the refund process is initiated, your account will be scheduled for deletion.
   • You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
