State-wise Charging Station Subsidy | Explained with images

The charging station incentives and subsidies are different in every state, here’s a list of all the incentives based on each state and city:

Maharashtra:

The Government is to offer 5 lakh each as an incentive for the first 500 public charging station owners.

Delhi:

0% SGST from charging stations and provide 6000/- off for Light EV chargers. On top of that, the government will also support land acquisition and building electric infrastructure.

Gujrat:

25% off up to 10 lakhs for setting up charging stations for the first 250 charging stations.

Meghalaya:

Free government lands for setting up charging stations for PSUs or Private firms.

Bihar:

100% reimbursement on government procedures of setting land conversion, lease, etc. on the land for EV charging station land.

Karnataka:

25% off for the first 100 fast charging stations and battery swapping stations.

Uttar Pradesh:

Reimbursement of stamp duty and 50% loan interest on the land taken for the charging station.

Madhya Pradesh:

25% off for the first 300 charging stations and battery swapping stations.

Kerala:

₹ 30,000 off for the first 300 charging stations and up to 10lakh for the first 50 battery swapping stations.

Odisha:

₹ 5000 off for the first 20,000 charging station owners and premium subsidy for the first 500 charging station setup owners.

Tamil Nadu:

100% off on the electricity SGST consumed by charging stations few companies will also get stap-duty waivers.

Andhra Pradesh:

SGST reimbursement on the purchase of the chargers and related equipment, 10 lakh off for the first 100 fast charging stations, and 30,000 off on the first 300 charging stations.

Assam:

90% reimbursement on electricity consumed by the charging stations and other incentives for manufacturers, PCS, etc.
